1. Sale and return – if you are not entirely satisfied with the product you can return it to us within 7 days and have a full purchase price refund (subject to the collar still being in re-saleable condition).
2. We offer a full year no quibble guarantee on the collar, including waterproof to IP67 standard.
3. No contract necessary – we charge a £9.99 monthly tariff which covers all reasonable communication costs and access to the “My Retrieva” mapping and collar management panel. There is no contract or minimum term. Only pay for as long as you wish to use the collar on a continuous basis.
4. Our telecom provider is Orange. However, we are now able to offer PAYG options for people in areas where there may be limited Orange cover. There will be an ongoing charge to cover the mapping and collar management panel, and support.
5. If your dog outgrows the collar then we will upgrade it to a new size for a single charge of just £29.99 plus p&p.
6. The product includes tracker/collar, ICyou charger base station, ViewRanger off-road navigation system for your phone, and access to the Retrieva web-based mapping panel (Excludes the I-Phone where the software has to be downloaded from the I-store).

* Reasonable usage is considered up to 30 hours track time (GPRS) or 150 text messages locations per month. Occasional International usage (i.e. holidays) is also permitted. Additional usage charges are £0.50 per hour track time and £0.10 per text.
