The purchase price includes:

  • The first year's data and text message costs from the collar.
  • Live tracking capability reporting to your mobile phone.
  • Access to the Retrieva mapping and management panel for alerts, safe area monitoring and tracking through your computer

Renting

Renting the collar will include an option to buy reduced by the amount already spent on the rental.

Warranty and protective cover.

A one year warranty covers electronic failure and malfunction, but not accidental damage if the collar does not have a Retrieva protective cover fitted. The collar is supplied without a "D" ring, but the cover does have one. This ensures that the stress of a lead pulling on the collar does not compromise its primary purpose of being able to locate the dog.
