Limitations of Use

The Retrieva ™ unit is the most sophisticated and affordable tracking device currently available to the general public. It will give you the best chance of locating any lost, missing or stolen asset to which it is connected. However, we do not guarantee its performance as there are circumstances that are out of our control that may limit its effectiveness. These include limited or no GSM (mobile phone) coverage in the location of the asset (though it will store its location history and transmit this as soon as a GSM signal is found) or a battery that is allowed to discharge. You should not rely on this unit as your sole means of life-saving or emergency tracking.
